ANR PLANNING CONSULTANT was started on September 16th, 2005 and it was a partnership Bumiputra company.
 
The firm is offering town and regional planning, transportation and traffic planning and landscape planning consultancy services. Its main objective is to provide consultancy services capable of handling the complexity of development process and incorporating the latest technologies and techniques to meet the requirement of this developing nation in moving towards the next millennium.
 
The firm is registered as an Town Planning Firm with the Malaysian Institute of Planners (MIP). Registration number is PC/B-144/2006. This recognition gives the firm the right to prepare and submit layout plans, planning proposal reports and other documents to local authorities for land development matters

ANR PLANNING CONSULTANT is also registered with Jabatan Perancangan Bandar & Desa Negeri Selangor for consultancy services in Selangor

The firm is also aiming to reflect the government policy with regards to greater Bumiputra participation in the business community and at the same time providing a sufficiently large pool of professional personnel to undertake major development projects.
